今日の社食ランチ。NHK放送センター内5階食堂にて。

590円。ワカメと蒸し鶏のあえ物。オクラと人参のあえ物。味噌汁。玄米ご飯。

毎日こんなヘルシーな昼食です。
ヘルシーだけど、これだけじゃおなかがすく。
で、夜は飲む(^_^;)
